1. Important Notice: Custom Services
All translation orders are custom, client-specific services. Work typically begins immediately after payment and receipt of documents.
Because of the bespoke nature of translation services, refunds are generally not available once work has started.
2. When Refunds Are Not Offered
We do not issue refunds or credits in the following situations:
- You change your mind after placing an order
- You no longer need the translation or decide to use another provider
- You provided incomplete/unclear documents and the order is delayed
- The translation has started or has been delivered (including partial delivery)
3. Exceptions: When We Will Consider a Refund or Credit
We will review refund/credit requests case-by-case if:
- Duplicate charge occurred (e.g., you were charged twice for the same order)
- We cannot deliver the service as agreed and no reasonable remedy is available
- Material error caused solely by us, and we cannot correct it within a reasonable timeframe
(Note: we normally resolve issues by revisions rather than refunds.)
4. Revisions and Corrections
If you believe there is an error in the delivered translation:
- contact us in writing within 10 business days of delivery,
- provide clear details of the issue and supporting context.
Where appropriate, we will correct errors to meet the agreed service scope and USCIS formatting/certification requirements.
5. Rush Services
Rush services involve accelerated turnaround. By choosing rush, you acknowledge that minor stylistic/formatting variation may occur. This alone is not grounds for a refund, provided the translation remains accurate and certified.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute/chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause work and/or withhold delivery until the dispute is resolved. We encourage customers to contact us so we can resolve issues quickly.
7. How to Request a Review
Submit requests via our website contact form, including:
- order number,
- email used at checkout,
- reason for request,
- any supporting screenshots/documents.
